REFUND POLICY

The league incurs costs to process payments as well as up-front costs in advance of each season to plan for items such as, but not limited to, uniforms, equipment, field rentals, Pony league fees, etc.  The following Refund Policy is currently in effect:

•       Refund requests made 
prior to the first date of tryouts will be honored less a $25 processing fee (less any credit card service fees). 

•       Refunds requested after tryouts, player is placed on a team, but before Opening Day, will be honored at a 50% rate (less any credit card service fees). 

•       No refund is available after Opening Day.  No exceptions.

•      All requests for a refund must be submitted to the Player Agent via email at [email protected]


Check Return Policy

Any check payable to Paradise Hills Pony Baseball that is returned will incur a $25 fee
